Conversation & discovery
We start with how you want to live. Your site, your priorities, your timeline and a realistic budget range — before a single line is drawn.
Typically one to two meetings, at our office or on your land.

Design & pre-construction
We collaborate with your architect and designer, review constructability, and develop a detailed line-item budget and schedule you can rely on.
Plans, specifications, allowances and a fixed construction agreement.

Selections
Guided selections for finishes, fixtures, cabinetry and hardware — scheduled well ahead of installation so nothing stalls the build.
Coordinated by our office, with vendor introductions arranged for you.

Construction
A dedicated superintendent runs your site daily. You receive regular progress updates, transparent draws and direct access to us throughout.
Weekly updates, on-site walkthroughs at every major milestone.

Move-in & warranty
A thorough final walkthrough, a complete home orientation, and a warranty program backed by a team that stays reachable long after closing.
Formal warranty follow-ups, plus a standing invitation to call.
